Lesson 3

Mind maps

There is no secret to success, there is only a system”
- Guru J

When the Guru started talking about mind maps, I really had no idea what he meant.  By drawing a theme for your website in the middle of a large page and mapping things like (i) your links (ii) your promotions and (iii) articles etc. you are giving yourself a template for success.

Look below at some of Guru J’s own mind maps in draft form to see what I mean. They simply keep you on track with your on line goals.

When the Guru showed me his fifty deep piles of A3 drawing books that all contain mind maps I begin to realize what careful planning and project management were really required to become successful on line.

I apologize in advance for the image below being a little hard to read but by looking at the diagram you will see how attention to detail must plan a key role in your grand creative vision.

Please remember that this step will become your road map so enjoy creating new mind maps and write anything down that comes into your head as you can always change the idea when you transfer it on line.

The above mind maps once drawn out, will become like a changing picture diary with words.
